The role As a Field Network Technician at Nebius, you will be responsible for supporting IT operations at remote locations and deploying data center infrastructure across new and expanding regions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on network infrastructure, project execution, troubleshooting, and operational support within large-scale AI and GPU cloud environments. Your primary focus will be managing IT operations, infrastructure deployments, and technical projects supporting Nebius data center environments, including large GPU cloud installations. Your responsibilities will include: • Assist in the preparation and deployment of new infrastructure for upcoming launches. • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and L1 network-related issues within U.S. data centers. • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation detailing service operations and best practices. We expect you to have: • 3+ years of hands-on experience in project planning and technical problem-solving. • Strong understanding of network technologies, including data center, server and network equipment. • Proficiency in IT hardware components, diagnostics and troubleshooting. • Proactive, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Willingness to travel for business trips as needed. • Relevant entry-level certifications (e.g., CCNA) • Valid Driving License It will be an added bonus of you have: • ITIL or/and PMI Certification #LI-AL1 Pay Transparency We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
