To join our Scalable Business Platform within the Platform Operations Unit, we are looking for a: Senior Salesforce Administrator (f/m/d) Cologne (hybrid) or Berlin (remote) | Permanent Contract (Full-time) Start: 01.02.2027 Your tasks • Design and implement scalable configurations, automations and platform governance standards • Operate and develop our Salesforce ecosystem (esp. Service Cloud), focusing on stability, performance and data quality • Translate business needs into smart Salesforce solutions – from day-to-day feature requests to large-scale initiatives • Lead change management processes, improve documentation and enable internal users through training • Support integration, data protection (GDPR), access models and participate in our GitHub-based CI/CD setup • Act as the senior go-to person in the Admin team: review complex solutions, mentor colleagues and ensure quality • Collaborate with developers to align declarative and programmatic solutions for sustainable growth • Degree in IT, Business Informatics or comparable field or vocational training with relevant professional experience • 5+ years of relevant experience with Salesforce in the Service Cloud in cross-functional, complex environments, leading to an expertise in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Validation Rules, Permission Sets, Custom Objects etc. • Ability to mentor peers, review solutions and communicate clearly with technical & non-technical stakeholders and have a good understanding of platform scalability, data architecture and agile collaboration • Salesforce certifications are a plus as well as familiarity with APEX, integration tools (e.g. middleware), Talkdesk CTI or GitHub-based release processes • Solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills, paired with a structured approach to work • Fluency in English What we offer you • Hybrid work: Combine flexible remote work with team time in the Cologne office (on-site days depending on your location) • Workation: Temporarily work from a destination of your choice within EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway • 28 vacation days • 2.5 additional days off at Christmas, New Year's Eve and Carnival • Buddy program (an experienced trustee is at your side) • Individual learning & development opportunities (internal & external trainings, e-learnings) • Events (Team Events, Unit Events, etc.) • Health Pass (free online and offline sports, fitness, and health courses) • Permanent contract with Europe's trusted brand BUILD A COMMUNITY OF TRUST WITH US - #cometotr us t Not sure if you are what we are looking for?
