CSA Package Lead (Semiconductor / Industrial & Science) - Johor

• Manage and oversee all Civil, Structural, and Architectural package activities from design through construction and handover. • Coordinate with clients, design consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams to ensure seamless project delivery. • Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and budget performance of CSA works. • Review design deliverables, technical specifications, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements. • Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and resolve technical and construction issues. • Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder coordination sessions. • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, local regulations, project standards, and HSE requirements. • Manage change requests, claims, variations, and package reporting. • Support project commissioning, punch list closure, and project handover activities. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline. • Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction project management, with significant exposure to CSA works. • Experience delivering Industrial, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Advanced Technology projects is preferred. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
