The role will lead our appointed e-commerce enabler and work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service to deliver platform sales, campaign execution, media efficiency, inventory availability and an excellent customer experience. Own annual and monthly channel plans, net sales/GMV, contribution margin, trade investment and growth initiatives by platform. Develop platform-specific strategies covering assortment, pricing, flagship-store positioning, campaigns, vouchers, bundles, launches and platform negotiations. Set clear scope, KPIs and SLAs for the e-commerce enabler. Lead weekly operating reviews and monthly business reviews, monitor fees and deliverables, and ensure timely issue escalation and resolution. Plan and optimize sponsored search, affiliate commissions, vouchers and promotional mechanics. Evaluate ROAS, TACOS, incremental sales and promotion ROI. Drive affiliate, creator, livestream and short-form content programmes that convert reach and engagement into sales. Maintain strong product listings, search keywords, images, videos, specifications, ratings, reviews, pricing consistency and campaign visibility. Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and the enabler to maintain availability, prepare campaign inventory, manage ageing stock and reduce cancellations and late shipments. Monitor store health, chat response, fulfilment, returns, ratings and reviews, and resolve recurring customer issues with the relevant teams. Own the integrated e-commerce calendar and coordinate internal teams, platforms, agencies and the enabler to deliver campaigns and launches on time. You're the right fit if: 2-5+ years in e-commerce, with direct ownership of Shopee and Lazada. Hands-on TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing local marketplace campaigns, seller centres, platform account managers, agencies or e-commerce enablers. Able to own channel targets and understand marketplace P&L, gross-to-net, contribution margin, trade spend and promotion economics. Strong knowledge of store operations, campaign tools, vouchers, bundles, sponsored ads, affiliate programmes, livestreams and platform analytics. Demonstrated ability to brief, challenge and performance-manage an outsourced enabler or agency using KPIs, SLAs and structured business reviews. Strong Excel and dashboard skills, with the ability to turn platform, media, stock and financial data into actions. Strong communication and project leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service and external partners. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Analytics or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for a specific degree. Experience in consumer electronics, personal health, beauty, FMCG or another high-volume consumer category. Omnichannel or D2C experience is an advantage. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
