US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
Role: Senior Product Designer, Growth/Website
Company: Deel
Location: Remote (Europe, UK, Israel, Brazil)
Job type: Full-time
About Deel
Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. It covers HRIS, payroll, compliance, benefits and equipment for every type of worker in 150+ countries. About 7,000 people work there, fully remote, across more than 100 countries and 74 languages. Deel reached $1B in annual revenue in just over five years and is valued at $17.3B. It’s pre-IPO and growing fast.
About the role
You’ll join the Website team, which looks after deel.com and every landing page behind it. For most future customers, the website is their first impression of Deel, and this team makes sure that impression turns into a conversation. You’ll be at the centre of Deel’s conversion work: designing, testing and shipping the pages that turn visitors into pipeline. You’ll own tricky, high-stakes problems on Deel’s busiest pages, from the first hypothesis through the A/B test to the shipped design.
What you’ll do
• Own conversion on the website and landing pages from start to finish. Spot opportunities yourself instead of waiting for a brief.
• Write a clear problem statement and success metric, then design, prototype and launch A/B tests quickly. Keep what works and let go of what doesn’t.
• Bring strong visual and UI craft to every page, and keep each launch on-brand and consistent with the design system.
• Work with growth, performance marketing and sales to understand what the business needs, then turn it into pages that speak to the customer’s real problem rather than internal jargon.
• Use storytelling, in words and visuals, to introduce new products, launches and offers.
• Plan and ship experiments together with growth PMs, engineers, data analysts and lifecycle marketers.
• Design landing pages for new product and feature launches with product marketing.
• Set the bar for craft and careful experimentation, and give other designers thoughtful feedback.
What you need to succeed
• 8+ years in product design, with a portfolio that shows you owning web design end to end.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing and experimentation. You’re comfortable talking about hypotheses, test design, statistical significance and iteration.
• Excellent craft and UI skills. Your portfolio shows polished web and landing page work that actually converts.
• A genuine growth mindset: every launch is a chance to learn something.
• Strong storytelling and a feel for visual hierarchy that guides a visitor toward action.
• You’re at home in analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude or GA, and you use both numbers and user insight to make decisions.
• Experience taking a web experiment or launch from idea all the way to design QA.
• You explain your work clearly to designers and to business stakeholders alike.
• Experience building and maintaining a design system for a marketing site.
What you get
• Direct impact on the first thing most prospects see of Deel.
• Stock grants at a pre-IPO company, depending on your role, employment status and location.
• Fully remote work, plus an optional flexible office membership with IWG.
• A strong design team to learn from.
