US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

THE POSITION Our roster has an opening with your name on it We are always looking for exceptional Product Designers to join the FanDuel Sportsbook product organization. Rather than hire against a single opening, we keep this role open on a rolling basis so we can meet and bring on outstanding design talent as we find it. We hire across four levels: Product Designer, Senior Product Designer, Lead Product Designer, and Principal UI Designer —and place each person where they will have the greatest impact. This role sits on our Sportsbook Product Design team - the designers who own everything at the intersection of the FanDuel Sportsbook app and the customers who use it. You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Research, Analytics, and other design disciplines to understand what customers need, define what success looks like, and deliver thoughtful, customer-centered design from discovery through launch and optimization. You won't be tied to a single domain or problem space on day one; as we get to know you, we'll align you to the biggest opportunities on the team and explore the right fit together through the interview process. Because this role spans levels, we calibrate the right level and compensation at offer - based on the scope, impact, and craft excellence you've demonstrated - and we'll be transparent about the level we're considering you for early on. Not sure which level fits you best? Apply anyway, and we'll figure it out together. As a Product Designer, excellence is execution-driven. You own design end to end - translating strategy into thoughtful design solutions and driving delivery across a set of related capabilities. You make sharp prioritization calls, keep your work moving with clarity, apply strong craft judgment, and your impact shows up in the quality and momentum of what you ship. As a Senior Product Designer , the work broadens from executing a plan to shaping one. You stay close to delivery, but you set the direction for a meaningful part of the Sportsbook experience, frame ambiguous problems clearly, tie your team's work to business outcomes, and begin to lift the people around you - mentoring other designers and raising the bar on how the team operates. As a Lead Product Designer , excellence becomes strategic and includes cross-team leadership. You set direction across multiple areas of the customer experience, own a broad slice of the Sportsbook product, and are accountable for outcomes well beyond your own hands-on work. You elevate the work of others - you improve design practices, influence product strategy, and help teams consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs. THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play Design Execution & Delivery • Own the delivery of design outcomes - from problem framing through prototyping, implementation support, launch, and post-launch iteration - for your area of the product. • Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual designs, interaction details, and implementation documentation. • Explore multiple directions and make clear recommendations based on evidence, customer insight, trade-offs, and product impact. • Contribute to and evolve the design system by identifying gaps, proposing improvements, and designing scalable components or patterns when appropriate. Discovery & Customer Insight • Represent the voice of the customer through research, user feedback, analytics, and competitive analysis. • Lead discovery and experimentation - usability testing, A/B tests, an
