• Manage and optimize the In-House Bank (IHB) structure and cash mobilization while ensuring compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.
• Act as EMEA’s subject-matter expert on treasury regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Own EMEA banking relationships end to end: structuring partnerships, negotiating fees/terms, and resolving escalations.
• Support FX team in monitoring regional currency exposures.
• Set direction for cross-functional coordination with AP, AR, IT, and GL, ensuring treasury requirements are represented in regional process design.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, and Accounting on entity structuring, new market entry, and regulatory change, bringing a treasury point of view to strategic decisions.
• Drive operational transformation across EMEA workflows, ensuring seamless administration of TMS, BAM, payment controls, and automated cash pooling infrastructure.
• Own treasury-related audit requirements and bank confirmations; serve as the region’s primary interface with internal auditors on SOX testing.
• Represent EMEA treasury performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, including Global Treasury and the Treasurer.
• Step in as regional backup for other Treasury teams when needed on payments, cash reconciliation, FX settlements, and bank user administration.
