No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Orakl Oncology At Orakl Oncology, we combine patient-derived tumor models, experimental drug screening and computational modelling to improve oncology drug development. Our research brings together functional treatment-response measurements, molecular profiles and clinical information where available, creating opportunities to investigate how experimental responses translate into patient outcomes. Our platforms are designed to help anticipate clinical trial outcomes, evaluate therapies and identify new therapeutic opportunities. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring more effective treatments to patients who need them and to make drug development smarter, faster, and more personalised. We collaborate with top hospitals, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Backed by leading investors, we are a fast-growing, mission-driven startup at the intersection of science and technology. About the Role We are looking for an Alliance & Delivery Manager to own Orakl's pharma partnerships after signature: the partner relationship, the delivery of each research program, and the growth of each account. Orakl runs research programs for pharmaceutical companies on its virtual patient cohorts, combining compound screening, multi-omics and O-Predict analyses on the partner's assets. Several programs run in parallel on the same wet-lab and dry-lab teams, and the portfolio is growing. Delivery quality directly drives renewals and follow-on contracts. This is a high-ownership, partner-facing role . You are the partner's main contact, you are accountable for delivery across our wet-lab and dry-lab teams, and you grow existing accounts. You will also scale our delivery processes and tooling: project tracking, capacity planning and partner reporting, automated wherever possible. You will work closely with the Scientific Program & Operations Lead, Business Development, the Wet Lab, Data Science and Computational Biology leads, and Product. As the ideal candidate, you have already delivered complex scientific programs for pharma clients, and you are an expert at establishing partner trust. What You'll Do Own partner relationships: act as the main point of contact for each pharma partner from kick-off to final delivery. Map decision-makers, priorities and expectations for their asset, run the steering committees, attend key international conferences a few times per year and present results alongside our scientific teams. Lead program delivery: translate each signed contract into an executable plan for the Wet Lab and Dry Lab teams, with owners, milestones and deliverables. Own the timeline, coordinate the experimental and computational work, and ensure every deliverable passes internal QC and review before it reaches the partner. Manage capacity across programs: plan capacity with the Wet Lab and Dry Lab leads, arbitrate conflicts between programs and protect committed timelines. Centralise requests on delivery teams coming from partners and Business Development. Manage risk and change: anticipate delivery risks, including results that change the plan, and escalate to the Scientific Program & Operations Lead with a recommendation. Agree and document scope and timeline changes with partners. Scale delivery processes and tooling: scale our project management system in Asana, from program templates and timelines to portfolio and capacity views. Automate reporting and follow-up, deploy AI tools where they remove manual work, and document how we run programs. Grow existing accounts: identify, qualify and convert follow-on opportunities within existing partnerships. Work with Business Development on scoping, proposals and pricing, and provide a feasibility assessment before anything is committed. Plan scientific and B
