What we’re looking for…
• Experience designing and facilitating training sessions or workshops for diverse audiences, ideally including leadership development.
• Strong programme and project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines, logistics, and stakeholders across several initiatives at once.
• Ability to adapt content and facilitation style for different teams, formats, and in person settings, including onsites and offsites.
• Comfort working independently while building trusted relationships with leaders, teams, and external partners.
• A genuine interest in people development, with the confidence to take ownership of sessions and drive them forward.
