The Role_

Much of the work follows one opportunity from beginning to end. From there you'll take the deal through negotiation to signature, with colleagues across the business bringing the commercial and technical detail. Underneath runs the advisory side: data protection and privacy, IP and licensing, and the questions that come with operating across several markets.
You'll work directly with our CEO, CFO and CPO, helping them see risk clearly and decide quickly. Legal is a close-knit team, so you'll have genuine influence over how we work. Our biggest markets are the UK and North America, though we work well beyond both, so the jurisdictions and deal types will vary.
