About the role

What We Do
At Heat Geek, we are tackling one of the UK’s biggest carbon contributors: home heating. Nearly 20% of all UK carbon emissions stems from home heating – and that contribution is even bigger on a global scale. At Heat Geek, we are changing that. By simplifying a traditionally complex industry and revolutionising the technology used by installers, we’re making low-carbon heating mainstream. We have already prevented over 2,600,000 kilograms of carbon from entering our atmosphere as of July 2026, and we aren’t stopping there!
Join Us!
People are at the core of who we are and what we do. From decreasing homeowners' energy bills to help with the cost of living, to empowering talented heating engineers to perform outstanding installations, to ensuring a greener world for all of us, we believe in the power of what we can all do together. And we need passionate, talented, hard working people to be a part of this journey.
Your Mission
We're hiring a Supply Chain & Planning Lead to help our supply chain keep pace with Heat Geek's growth and deliver a consistently good experience for our installers and homeowners. You'll combine commercial judgement, practical supply-chain expertise and a drive to improve how things work - delivering the right level of service at the right total cost.
Working closely with the COO, you'll build on existing strengths and turn agreed priorities into practical improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll take change through into day-to-day operation, build strong partner relationships and use data to keep performance on track.
Supply chain will be your primary focus. You'll also lead our established installation Planning team, which manages grant applications, grid connections and homeowner handover packs. You'll be supported by our Operations Associates, experienced Planning colleagues and QA and technology teams.
If you're reading this and it resonates with you, we know that you are talented and could do this work anywhere. But we want you to do it HERE, with us, because we need persevering teammates who care about making a real difference in the world.

• Strengthen resilience by anticipating supply risks and putting proportionate contingency plans in place before issues affect installations.
• Work with the technical and wider business teams to support new products and manufacturers, ensuring supply arrangements are ready and commercially sound.
Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning
• Translate the installation pipeline, growth plans and new product introductions into a clear, regularly updated view of product demand.
• Work with suppliers and partners to share forecasts, understand lead times and capacity, and agree how future requirements will be met.
• Plan appropriate stock availability, balancing service, resilience and cash tied up in stock. Review forecasts against actual demand and adjust plans as needs change.
Supplier Relationships & Delivery Performance
• Manage key supplier and partner relationships, agreeing clear service levels and using regular performance reviews to improve reliability and address issues.
• Own the fulfilment outcome for installers: complete, correct and undamaged orders delivered at the agreed time. Work with the team and partners to address recurring causes of problems and communicat
