The Senior Associate, Product Manager for the Associate Servicing team plays a critical role in achieving our goals. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role where the individual will work closely with tech, operations, and business partners to provide servicing associates the tools and resources they need to care for our customers. This includes deep investments in AI tools that simplify associate experiences so they can concentrate on the customer they are servicing. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting.
