About the role
We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time.
Join a team of architects driving the modernization of CVS Health’s enterprise customer communications ecosystem. This role will help define and enable the platforms that support high-volume outbound communications across CVS Health businesses, connecting marketing, customer data, consent, identity, integration, and cloud capabilities.
We are looking for a highly technical architect who can operate across both enterprise and solution architecture. You will establish the target-state architecture and platform roadmap while also working closely with engineering teams to design integrations, data flows, APIs, and enabling infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings strong software and platform architecture experience, understands the marketing communications domain, and can architect solutions across Adobe, Salesforce, consent management, and enterprise messaging capabilities. This is not a marketing operations, campaign management, SEO, or digital advertising role. It is a technology architecture position focused on building scalable, connected, and compliant customer communication platforms.
This role can work remotely from anywhere in the continental USA.
