AI Solution Developer (f/m/div.)

Your contribution to something big: • End-to-end AI development: Design, prototype, deploy, and continuously improve Generative AI products and agentic workflows, from initial concept to production. • Hands-on implementation: Build prompts, AI agents, automations, and tool integrations using Python, LLMs, enterprise AI platforms, and workflow tools such as n8n. • System integration: Connect internal and external systems using APIs, MCPs, and webhooks, working closely with AI Specialists and Data Engineers. • Business alignment: Translate business requirements and user feedback into effective AI solutions and clear technical tasks. • Product ownership: Support the product lifecycle after launch, including backlog prioritization, release coordination, and continuous improvement. • Business impact: Help scale AI solutions across teams and geographies, with a strong focus on measurable business value. What distinguishes you:   Education:  Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Equivalent practical experience is welcome. Experience: • Hands-on experience developing and deploying Generative AI or agentic solutions, ideally from prototype to production. • Experience with sales, CRM, pricing, or customer intelligence is a plus. Know-how • Strong knowledge of Python, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation. • Ability to rapidly develop prototypes and turn them into scalable solutions.. Working Style and Methods • Business-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in international, cross-functional teams. • Curious about emerging AI technologies and motivated to turn ideas into practical solutions.
