No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Your day-to-day: • Own the target architecture and governance of the Marketo Engage instance, including program templates, the data model, data quality and compliance (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA). • Design end-to-end integrations and data flows across CRM, Marketo and the Adobe Experience Cloud (AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, CJA), and define the roadmap for adopting them. • Lead the solution design for Buying Groups and account-based frameworks, turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Mentor Marketo Operations specialists and advise stakeholders on technical options, trade-offs and recommendations. • Assess how AI tools and automation can improve marketing operations, and lead their adoption.
