Utilize SAP MM and PP tools to streamline and enhance material planning processes.Management and controlling of user's access rights, scope of access, relevance of authorized access linked with their activities.Periodic Training and qualification of Key users and End users. Ensure consistency of reporting's and master data management.Interaction with SOD Controllers for evolution in GRC and ensure periodic upgrade of system.Develop and execute material requirement plans based on production schedules.Monitor and manage safety stock, reorder levels, and lead times to prevent shortages.Maintain optimal inventory levels that balance product availability with cost efficiency.Adjust the MPS to align workload and capacity, proposing actions at production units to enhance flexibility and absorb temporary overloads.Address material shortages, handle expedited orders, adapt to unexpected demand changes, and avoid overstocks.Parameter of Evaluation:On time Solution DeploymentUsers training and maturity rateStock CoverageMaster Production Schedule (MPS) adherenceDecision Making Tools:ERP (SAP), MES, TraceabilityStatistical Control and Follow-upInterface:All functions of the plantSAE IT, GRC, ERP project teams and System administratorsExternal support teams appointed by Safran
