About the role

Come join a company who is a key leader in the industry scaling the next core commerce infrastructure and on the path from $100M to $500M! Founded in 2012, Salsify helps brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in over 80 countries collaborate to win on the digital shelf. As the market leader globally, our products are shopper-centric, frictionless, and create memorable commerce experiences. Our products provide a competitive edge through experiences that improve brand trust, amplify product differentiation and assortments, increase conversion rate, improve profit margins, and speed time to market. Learn how the world’s largest brands, including Mars, L'Oreal, Coca-Cola, Bosch, and GSK, as well as retailers and distributors such as E.Leclerc, Carrefour, Metro, and Intermarché use Salsify everyday to stand out on the digital shelf. At Salsify, we strive to embody an equitable, diverse, and inclusive company culture. We are united across countries, levels, tenures, and a host of other dimensions of diversity. We understand that while work is just one aspect of who we are, a truly inclusive culture accounts for the full authenticity of every single human being that works here. About the Opportunity Our GTM Program Management team turns commercial priorities into programs that ship, and into results the business can measure. You will own the plan, the cadence, and the follow-through across Commercial functions, including: RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. In this role, you will: • Own commercial programs end to end: scope, plan, launch, and measure against clear outcomes. • Turn strategy, data, and cross-functional input into plans with owners, milestones, dependencies, and risks. • Align stakeholders around shared goals, push back when capacity or priorities conflict, and bring alternatives. • Hold owners accountable for deadlines and metrics, including senior leaders. • Size initiatives and track results with data, so decisions rest on evidence. You'll enjoy this role if you have • A drive to own outcomes, not just activity: you measure success by what changed for the business • Energy for coordinating cross-functionally across many moving parts, keeping programs on track, and spotting risk early • A willingness to go to the lowest level of detail so the business is set up for success • A habit of using data to frame problems, set targets, and report results • Curiosity about how Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps work, and a push to simplify and improve how they work together • Comfort with ambiguity, and the judgment to balance "get it done now" with the longer-term ideal state • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills to influence change and build trust across teams What we're looking for in you • 5+ years of experience in program or project management, sales or revenue operations, strategy and operations, or a related field. • A track record of owning programs end to end, with measurable results and process improvements you drove. • Experience managing several projects of different size and complexity at once, with clear prioritization and leveraging AI to drive efficiencies. • Proven cross-functional leadership: you align teams outside your own function, influence without authority, and say no with an alternative ready. • Strong analytical skills and a record of data-driven decisions; Excel or Google Sheets is a must. • Excellent organization and documentation habits, including clear plans, status reporting, and risk management. • Exceptional written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to senior leaders in a highly visible role. Bonus, not required • Experience in SaaS or retail. • Competence in SQL or scripting. • Familiarity with Agile method
