US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
We are looking for a Director of Product Management to identify and lead product-led partnership opportunities across the security and risk ecosystem. You will set the product strategy for how ServiceNow partners with security and risk vendors, platforms, and service providers to deliver more value to customers than either could alone. This is an individual contributor role with enterprise-wide scope and executive-level influence. You will be the senior product leader and the internal authority on where these partnerships create the most value.
The ecosystem is broad and changing quickly, so this role is defined by a mandate rather than a fixed list of partners. You will evaluate where partnerships make sense, decide where to go deep now versus defer, and bring a clear product rationale to the decisions. You will partner closely with the security business unit, engineering, product marketing, business development, channel team, and sales to define and execute partnership strategy, track milestones, and measure results for ServiceNow and our customers.
What you will do:
• Identify and qualify product-led partnership opportunities across the security and risk landscape, including security operations, agentic SOC, identity, threat and vulnerability management, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Set strategy for and lead technical due diligence, integration architecture, and roadmap alignment, from qualification through activation-ready handoff to go-to-market.
• Build the business case for partnership investment, and be accountable for the outcomes it projects.
• Define success metrics such as adoption, attach rate, and win/loss, and incubate the first few customers adopting the joint solution to prove the better together outcomes.
• Track competitive, regulatory, and technology trends across the ecosystem, and define the implications for our partnership strategy.
• Shape leadership-level decisions on partner investment, co-sell motions, and joint roadmap commitments.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, platform, product marketing, security, risk, and GTM business development. Represent ServiceNow in executive partner and customer conversations that need product-level technical context.
To be successful in this role you have:
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• Ability to operate across a broad security and risk scope and synthesize a coherent strategy across security operations, agentic SOC, identity, governance, risk, and compliance.
• 15+ years of enterprise security product management, with working knowledge of security and AI stack.
• Track record of setting multi-year product strategy and influencing VP and C-level decisions internally and at partner or customer organizations.
• Experience leading product strategy for technology partnerships, including build-vs-partner analysis, technical due diligence, and integration architecture.
• Experience owning business cases for partnership investment, with accountability for outcomes.
• Comfort influencing roadmaps you don’t own, both internal and partner-side.
• Strong collaborator who can align senior stakeholders without direct authority over them.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to explain partnership rationale to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience integrating AI into product decisions or into the evaluation of partner solutions is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its security and risk applications, and the competitive landscape, is a p
