- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the Role
As Partnerships Lead, US, you build Workwize's US partner channel from the ground up. MSPs and OEMs are the focus; VARs, EOR, HRIS and ITSM partners are important avenues too.
You own partner-sourced pipeline end to end: from the first conversation, to a signed referral or reseller agreement, to an activated partner bringing in new clients. You carry a direct ARR target.
You start as an individual contributor, take over the live US partner conversations and work closely with our EMEA Partnerships Lead, so both regions run one playbook. Outperform, and there is a clear path to Head of Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build the pipeline
• Review all live US partner conversations and set a clear next step and owner for each.
• Run outreach to top targets, starting with MSPs and OEMs.
• Build and rank a larger US target list on fit: client base, lifecycle pain and appetite to refer or resell.
Sign and activate partners
• Build the business case for both sides and agree the commercial model per partner type.
• Sign referral and reseller agreements, then activate partners through enablement and first joint client conversations.
• Keep partners accountable after signature.
Report and scale
• Track qualified partner pipeline in HubSpot, with a next step on every deal.
• Report partner-sourced pipeline and ARR monthly.
• Work with Product and Engineering to scope and prioritise integrations.
• Share learnings with EMEA and build one repeatable global playbook.
Your first 90 days
• Month 1: audit of live US partner conversations done, first outreach wave live, target list built and ranked.
• Month 2: qualified partner pipeline in HubSpot, first referral or reseller agreements in legal or signed.
• Month 3: at least 3 signed US partners activated and first partner-sourced opportunities in the pipeline.
Requirements
• Direct MSP experience: you worked at an MSP, ideally working with OEMs, or at an MSP platform or ecosystem player such as NinjaOne, Pax8, Kaseya, ConnectWise or a master MSP.
• You built a partnerships or channel function from scratch at a B2B SaaS company.
• You structured and closed integration partnerships.
• You owned a pipeline or ARR target tied directly to partners, and reported on it.
• An existing network in the US MSP and OEM channel.
• A solid grasp of managed services economics, such as hardware margin and recurring per-user revenue.
• Experience with API commercialisation, rev-share models and co-sell agreements.
• Experience managing partner pipeline in a CRM, ideally HubSpot.
• You are based in or near New York and support our hybrid way of working, from our New York
