US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
SambaNova is a leader in next-generation AI infrastructure, delivering a full-stack inference platform for customers worldwide. At the core of SambaNova's technology is the RDU (Reconfigurable Dataflow Unit) — a chip built on a dataflow architecture rather than the traditional GPU model. Its decode performance is especially strong for agentic workloads like multi-turn agents, code generation, and long-running applications. RDUs are packaged into SambaRack, rack-scale hardware that lets customers deploy state-of-the-art models with better performance, greater energy efficiency, and faster time to value.
SambaNova is looking for a Head of Corporate Marketing (Senior Director or VP-level) to build and lead the corporate marketing function within a broader marketing organization led by the CMO. This is a rare opportunity to shape the brand, creative, web, content, and event presence of one of the most important independent players in AI infrastructure — at a moment when the market is actively re-evaluating what comes after GPUs.
You will own corporate brand identity, website and digital presence, content creation, creative services, and large-scale corporate and industry events, while partnering closely with product marketing, demand generation, developer relations, and the CMO to make sure every external touchpoint — website, events, content, creative, executive platform — reinforces a single, sharp story about why SambaNova and our AI inference architecture matter.
The right candidate has run corporate or brand marketing at some scale inside a fast-moving tech company, is comfortable being the connective tissue between the CMO's vision and the company's go-to-market motion, and knows how to build a team and function from a solid but still-forming base.
Responsibilities
• Own SambaNova's overall brand strategy, brand identity, and positioning across all external channels.
• Own all creative services, ensuring visual and verbal consistency across web, events, campaigns, and content.
• Own SambaNova's website and web presence, including SEO/AEO strategy, to strengthen discoverability and digital credibility.
• Own content creation and production — including thought leadership, POV/POC content, and the company blog — executing against direction set by the CMO to reinforce a single, sharp narrative.
• Own corporate and large-scale third-party industry events, setting the strategy and ensuring flawless execution for major launches, conferences, and keynotes.
• Serve as a close partner to the CMO, translating brand and content strategy into flawless execution across all channels.
• Lead integrated brand marketing campaigns that tie together brand, product launches, events, and demand generation into one coherent story.
• Build, mentor, and scale a corporate marketing team, while working cross-functionally with product marketing, DevRel, Sales, and field teams.
• Manage relationships with outside creative and event agencies to keep execution high-quality and on-brand.
• Bring structure and rigor to marketing operations — planning, budgeting, and measuring the impact of brand, creative, and content investment.
• Represent the company externally as a credible technical and business spokesperson when needed.
What We're Looking For
• 8+ years in corporate marketing, brand, or creative leadership, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Director, Head of, or VP level).
• Direct experience building or scaling a marketing function inside a high-growth technology company — infrastructure, semiconductors, cloud, or enterprise AI strongly preferred.
• Track record of shaping company narrative and brand at an inflection point (new category, major launch, funding milestone, or public-market transition).
• Strong
