Senior Manager – Enterprise Strategy (Health Care Delivery)

Position Summary The Enterprise Strategy team is responsible for helping steward the development of the company’s long-term strategy and associated priorities, connecting each business unit to those priorities, exploring white space opportunities for growth, and connecting the dots across businesses to accelerate existing revenue streams. The Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy will play an important role in supporting new growth initiatives and enabling execution of key strategic priorities. You will partner with stakeholders across CVS Health’s Care Delivery businesses, including Primary Care (Oak Street Health, MinuteClinic) and Home Care (Signify Health). You will work on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Position Responsibilities • Lead workstreams of high-visibility strategic and operational projects • Deliver timely, accurate analysis and develop quality recommendations and material • Deliver clear, professional, and confident presentations and begin to position self as trusted advisor to key business unit stakeholders • Collaborate with senior leadership to manage strategic portfolios and craft impactful communications for stakeholders • Contribute to annual strategic planning including working on cross-functional strategic projects and identifying opportunity areas for HCD to grow Required Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a dynamic, fast-moving profession; related experience within management consulting, corporate development, financial analysis, product development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar role(s). And or completion of CVS GMDP Program. • Exposure to conducting insightful analysis and crafting clear, logically structured presentations • Professional presence including actively listening, empathizing, and communicating effectively • Comfort in ambiguity and ability to simplify complex problems Preferred Qualifications • Health care experience, ideally with a payor, provider, and/or within value-based care • Growth mindset and commitment to deepening expertise across the healthcare industry • Background working in a matrixed environment Education • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent relative work experience Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $90,480.00 - $199,144.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.    Our people fuel our future.
