What you will do
This is a new role in the APAC commercial leadership team, created to accelerate revenue growth across the region. It is not a coordination role: it is a commercial mandate . Reporting to the VP, APAC, you will set and execute regional growth strategy, run cross-functional revenue programmes from idea to measurable impact, and act as a force multiplier for the VP and the Country Manager organisation.
You will work across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance and the global GTM and Strategy teams, connecting global initiatives to in-market execution and making the region-specific calls where they are needed. You will also lead how the APAC team uses AI and automation to sell more efficiently.

• Deliver revenue programmes. Identify, plan and execute revenue-generating initiatives across markets, from inception through to measurable impact.
• Drive adoption of global initiatives. Make sure the region participates fully in global revenue programmes and that they land in-market.
• Own cross-functional revenue relationships. Lead the regional relationship with Partnerships and Integrations, and with Marketing on lead quality, quantity and ROI.
• Support strategic deals. Step into deal-making and commercial negotiations where regional coordination adds leverage.
• Run the business by the numbers. Work with the VP to measure sales performance, identify opportunities and recommend improvements, using data to test, learn and iterate quickly.
