About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Integrations to design, develop, and implement enterprise integration solutions across multiple business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in APIs, middleware platforms, and integration architecture, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions between enterprise applications such as HR, CRM, ERP, and cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Configure and develop integration workflows using middleware and integration platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration specifications.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure integrations meet security, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and project managers.
• Conduct integration testing, support user acceptance testing, and assist with deployment activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration design documents, and operational support guides.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior consultants and developers.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise application integration or software development.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar middleware.
• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0, API keys, and SAML.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting API requests, response payloads, and integration errors.
• Experience with integration testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating enterprise applications such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Salesforce, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with event-driven architecture, webhooks, and asynchronous integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.
• Relevant certifications in integration platforms or cloud technologies.
