- H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
ZoomInfo is where careers accelerate. We move fast, think boldly, and empower you to do the best work of your life. You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen fast.
What You'll Do
• Executive Support. You'll manage complex calendars across multiple leaders, coordinate domestic and international travel, and handle the logistics that let the leadership team focus on the work. You'll need to understand priorities well enough to make good calls on their behalf, including pushing back on requests that don't deserve their time.
• Leadership Meetings. You'll set up the recurring meetings for the CPO and his staff: staff meetings, reviews, check-ins. That means getting them scheduled and set up correctly, coordinating agendas with the right people ahead of time, making sure materials are prepared and accessible, and keeping things on track in the room.
• Connecting People. You'll notice when someone on the leadership team needs to be looped in, or when two people need five minutes together, and make that happen.
• Follow-Up. Decisions made in a leadership meeting don't automatically reach the people who need to act on them. You'll track action items, follow up where needed, and help get key updates out to the broader product org in a timely, clear way.
• Culture and Events. You'll plan team events, offsites, and office gatherings, and find ways to recognize people for wins, milestones, and life events. You'll also plan and coordinate leadership offsites and org-wide events, handling logistics from venue to agenda.
.
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years of experience providing executive support to senior leaders, ideally supporting a team rather than a single executive
• Experience supporting executives at a software or technology company
• Strong calendar management across multiple leaders, including complex scheduling, changing priorities, and travel
• Experience helping run leadership meetings: agendas, prep, notes, and follow-through on action items
• Strong written communication: clear, concise, no fluff
• Highly organized with great attention to detail across multiple moving pieces
• High degree of discretion; you'll be trusted with sensitive information about the org, its people, and its strategy
• Experience with event planning, offsites, or team programming a plus
Who You Are
• Proactive and self-propelled. No one is going to walk you through the steps, so you think the work through end to end before anyone asks. If you're booking a day, you've already considered travel time, prep time, and what happens before and after. You see problems coming and solve them, and you bring a recommendation with a question rather than just the question.
• High-energy and curious. You ask a lot of questions to build context quickly, and then you apply it independently. You want to understand the product, the business, and the people, and you ask when you need context to do something well.
• Resourceful. You don't get stuck. If something breaks or plans change, you find a way to get it done.
• Embedded. You're in the room, in the calendars, and in the conversations, so you know enough context to make good decisions. You build real relationships with the people you support and the broader team.
• Clear communicator. Whether you're writing a meeting recap, drafting a team update, or following up on something that's late, people know what you need and what was decided.
• Diplomatic, and willing to push back. You're comfortable saying no, or "not yet," to a VP or a salesperson who says something is urgent. You protect the leadership team's time and priorities, an
