US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, prioritization, enhancement, and ongoing management of internally developed systems supporting the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) business line. This is a senior-level product management and people leadership role responsible for a team of individual contributors and for partnering closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver system enhancements that support business objectives, workflow efficiency, and data and analytics capabilities.
The role will have primary product ownership responsibility for two internally developed platforms: LPX, a workflow system supporting the Commercial Mortgage business and its multifamily lending activities, and the CRE Data Repository, which centralizes information from systems of record and ancillary systems to support business data and analytics needs. For these two platforms the senior product manager owns business priorities, product roadmaps, requirements, and acceptance criteria; and partners with technology leaders on technical design, delivery planning, release readiness, and ongoing application support.
This position is well suited for an experienced product or project leader who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, technology, data, and process improvement. The individual should possess the systems and technical understanding and excellent communication skills necessary to effectively partner with engineering teams and business line stakeholders, understand technical dependencies, establish priorities, coordinate testing, and successfully implement enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide leadership and product ownership for internally developed CRE applications, including LPX and the CRE Data Repository.
• Establish and continually refine product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps based on business needs and organizational objectives.
• Gather and evaluate enhancement requests from business stakeholders and determine priorities based on business value, dependencies, risk, available resources, and strategic objectives.
• Translate business needs and product strategy into prioritized features, epics, requirements, and actionable work.
• Manage product backlogs and priorities within an Agile development environment, including approximately two-week sprint cycles.
• Partner closely with technology and engineering teams responsible for designing and implementing technical changes.
• Serve as a bridge between business users and technology teams, ensuring business requirements and priorities are clearly understood throughout the development lifecycle.
• Understand system architecture, integrations, data dependencies, technical capabilities, and modernization needs sufficiently to identify risks and support informed product decisions.
• Coordinate business testing and user acceptance testing as enhancements move through development and test environments.
• Lead implementation and change-management activities to support adoption of new functionality and system enhancements.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret business and product data to support prioritization, decision-making, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
