Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados com foco em aplicativos para atuar no acompanhamento e análise da performance de App. Este profissional será responsável por monitorar indicadores-chave, analisar o comportamento dos usuários, identificar oportunidades de otimização e gerar insights que apoiem a tomada de decisão das áreas de negócio.
Principais responsabilidades
• Monitorar e analisar KPIs relacionados à performance dos aplicativos;
• Acompanhar métricas de aquisição, retenção, engajamento e conversão de usuários;
• Realizar análises de comportamento dos usuários dentro do app;
• Criar relatórios e dashboards para acompanhamento de resultados;
• Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na jornada do usuário e na performance do aplicativo;
• Gerar insights e recomendações baseadas em dados para apoiar decisões de negócio;
• Trabalhar em conjunto com equipes de CRM/CRO.
Requisitos
• Experiência com análise de dados aplicada a aplicativos móveis;
• Conhecimento em Google Analytics 4 (GA4);
• Experiência com Firebase e AppsFlyer;
• Domínio de Excel e/ou Google Sheets;
• Experiência com ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Looker Studio ou similares);
• Vivência em ambientes digitais, aplicativos ou produtos mobile.
