H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

At Haut.AI , we make skin measurable. We give beauty and wellness brands skin intelligence: AI that analyzes skin from a selfie, simulates how it may change over time, and guides every consumer to the right products. Our technology, including AI Skin Analysis, SkinGPT and Skin.Chat, powers personalized, science-backed experiences online and in store. Today, more than 100 global beauty brands use our technology, including enterprise companies like Neutrogena, Beiersdorf, Ulta Beauty, Grupo Boticário and OLAY. We are looking for a Head of Revenue to own Haut.AI ’s full commercial engine: new business and customer success in one function and lead a team of six exceptional teammates. This is a player-coach role reporting directly to our CEO. What you will do: • Own the revenue number. You own new business, renewals and expansion, plus the forecast and the commercial KPIs. You give leadership a clear view of where things really stand. • Lead and grow the team. Hire, coach and develop three Account Executives and Account Managers. Run weekly pipeline reviews and one-on-ones that focus on growth as much as on numbers. • Coach deal by deal and account by account. Join calls and demos, and give specific feedback while it is fresh. Set a clear standard for discovery, proposals, pricing and demo prep. • Carry the biggest deals yourself. Lead a small set of our largest, most strategic enterprise opportunities. Personally manage our most valuable client relationships at senior level. • Keep complex buying groups moving. Enterprise beauty deals involve brand and marketing, e-commerce, IT, data privacy, legal and procurement. You map the group, align it and keep it moving toward signature. • Build the system the team runs on. This means playbooks and objection handling, and a clean handoff from Account Executive to Account Manager once a deal closes. It also means CS operations from onboarding to renewal and expansion, and health scores that surface risk early. • Put AI to work across revenue. Find where AI cuts busywork and sharpens decisions: call prep, deal reviews, proposals, account health. Get hands-on with the tools; don’t stop at writing the plan. • Stay close to clients and bring back what you learn. Sit in on onboarding and business reviews. Turn client feedback into real input for Product and Marketing, and bring pricing and packaging signals back from the market. What makes you a fit: • An experienced commercial leader. You have 8+ years in B2B SaaS commercial roles, including 3+ years leading a team. Ideally you have owned both new business and account management or customer success. • A player-coach. You have built and led a commercial team, and you still enjoy running a deal, reviewing the proposal and joining the call. Your team follows your example. • At home with enterprise. You have closed complex enterprise deals with many stakeholders and long sales cycles. You are comfortable in the room with senior leaders, with exceptional English and real executive presence. • A high-agency builder. You have built commercial processes, playbooks and KPI frameworks yourself, not just run someone else’s. You would rather put a working playbook in front of the team this week than perfect it for next quarter. • Evidence over opinion. You know HubSpot or a similar CRM inside out. You read call recordings, check CRM hygiene and turn activity data into clear next actions. You can explain a forecast in plain language. • You own outcomes, not activities, and you finish what you start, even with a lot on your plate in a small, fast-moving remote team. • AI-native in how you work. You use AI tools daily and have clear views on where they help a revenue team and where they do not. • Curious about skin science. You want to understa
