About the role

At Instagrid, you are part of the clean-tech revolution by bringing pure energy into your region, helping professional workers transitioning away from combustion generators and making it possible for them to experience a safe, efficient, clean and silent energy solution. Your Mission Instagrid builds portable battery power systems for trades and pros. Our Pilot Fleet is how customers try them out before they buy. As a Working Student in Customer Care, you keep that fleet running. You handle demo requests, shipments, returns, check-ups, service and upgrades, and you support the team with everyday tickets and Salesforce-based Order-to-Cash processes. You’ve done a great job when demo units are ready whenever Sales needs them, turnaround times stay short, the pool data in Salesforce and NetSuite is accurate, and our monthly fleet analytics give Customer Care and Sales leads a clear view of utilization and demo-to-order conversion. Your Impact • Pilot requests : Receive, review and prioritize incoming demo requests, confirm unit availability and maintain an accurate Pilot Fleet inventory • Fulfillment : Prepare, pack and dispatch pilot units with the appropriate accessories, issue shipping and return documentation and track each unit from dispatch through to return • Communication: Maintain close contact with the Sales team and customers to ensure seamless delivery and pickup • Inspection and service: Coordinate inspections and functional tests of returned units with the Service team and schedule repairs and upgrades to bring units back into circulation quickly • Analytics: Maintain Pilot Fleet reporting (utilization, turnaround time, demo-to-order conversion, fleet condition) and prepare monthly insights for Customer Care and Sales leads • Process improvement: Identify friction points in the demo process, propose solutions and help document standard procedures in Confluence • Customer Care support: Support the team with day-to-day support tickets and Salesforce-based Order-to-Cash processing • Enablement : Support all stakeholders involved through structured documentation and process support
