The Impact You’ll Make • Join Incode as a Senior Product Manager for Mobile Onboardings, where you will own the end-to-end mobile identity verification experience across SDKs, Web flows, and API Incode's identity onboarding integrations. • You will lead the strategy and execution for onboarding UX along modules such as document capture, selfie capture — driving improvements in conversion, completion, fraud resilience, and global scalability. • This role sits at the intersection of mobile engineering, computer vision, ML, design, and customer success, ensuring our capture experience is seamless for users and configurable for enterprise clients. • You will define the product vision for next-generation onboarding experiences, optimize performance across iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, and partner closely with commercial teams to enable successful customer implementations and expansions. What You’ll Own & Drive • Develop and execute a product roadmap for advanced biometric intelligence, focusing on deepfake detection and enhanced liveness technology. • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that detect and prevent emerging threats. • Productize Identity Verification capabilities into scalable offerings with strong GTM alignment, ensuring rapid customer adoption. • Identify and execute upsell opportunities by demonstrating the value of advanced biometric solutions to existing customers & develop new modules to increase conversion and reduce fraud. • Leverage customer insights and industry trends to drive innovation in biometric intelligence. • Define and track performance metrics for biometric products, using data-driven insights to optimize offerings continuously. Your Background • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably in mobile space, or biometric intelligence or related fields. With strong experience with product analytics, A/B testing & design driven optimizations. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams , including engineering, research, and sales in a SaaS settings • Preferred understanding of biometric technologies, deepfake detectio n, and liveness detection systems. • Experience in developing GTM strategies and identifying upsell opportunities. • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
