No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. Source: https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2025/12/29/2025-23853/weighted-selection-process-for-registrants-and-petitioners-seeking-to-file-cap-subject-h-1b, rules effective 2026-02-27.

US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

ABOUT MAZE Maze is the user research platform that helps companies build the right products faster by making user insights available at the speed of product development. In most companies, research demand far exceeds supply. Time, cost, and lack of access to expertise hold teams back. In today’s AI-powered world, anyone can build a product fast. The real challenge? Deeply understanding user needs and building the right product. That’s where Maze comes in. We believe companies shouldn’t have to choose between building fast and building right. Maze makes research accessible, intuitive, and fast so product teams can put user insights at the center of every decision. Our platform enables researchers, designers, and product managers to quickly recruit participants, run studies autonomously, and surface insights that actually drive product decisions. Our AI capabilities automate the busywork and add depth and direction to the insights themselves. That’s why Maze was recently named the #1 user research platform in UX Tools’ Design Tools Survey https://www.uxtools.co/survey/user-research/user-testing-overview—and why we’re scaling fast across industries like B2B SaaS, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Retail, and Automotive, supporting world class customers such as Uber, Amazon, Atlassian, Anthropic & more. Maze is a Series B company backed by top-tier investors (Felicis, Emergence & Amplify). We operate a global remote workforce driven by our core values https://maze.co/about-us/. ABOUT THE ROLE You’ll own the execution of our core demand generation programs: paid campaigns run with our agency, lifecycle email, and the logistics for events and webinars. You’ll manage spend against plan, run tests on new channels, and track how leads move through the funnel so we keep improving both lead volume and quality. This is a hands on role for someone who likes shipping campaigns, reading the data, and tightening what’s already working. WHAT YOU’LL DO Paid programs - Own the day-to-day relationship with our paid media agency: set priorities, brief new campaigns, review creative and targeting, and hold the agency to performance goals. - Review LinkedIn and Google campaign results weekly with the agency, and push for optimizations and new tests where results are lagging. - Track paid spend against the monthly and quarterly plan, flag pacing problems early, and recommend where to shift budget based on results. - Design and run small tests on new channels (for example Reddit and other paid social) and new creative or messaging. Share clear readouts on what worked, what didn’t, and whether to scale. - Report on campaign performance to the marketing team to ensure we are all learning together. Lifecycle and email marketing - Continue to develop our email marketing programs through nurture tracks, triggered journeys and campaign sends in HubSpot. - Build segmented, behavior-based programs that move leads toward a conversation with sales, and test subject lines, content and timing to improve results. Events and webinars - Research, plan, and manage our presence at conferences, webinars, and field marketing events. Own the promotion, registration, logistics and follow-up for webinars and events, working with the wider marketing team to ensure all stakeholders are informed. - Ensure the success of events by developing the post-event playbook and lead routing. Lead performance and reporting - Track how leads move from Lead to MQL, Meeting and Opportunity across your programs, and report results to marketing leadership regularly. - Work with RevOps and the SDR team to spot lead-quality or routing problems and fix them. WHAT YOU BRING - 3–5 years of SaaS B2B demand generation or campaign marketing experience - Exp
