US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Senior Analyst, Demand Generation - Paid Social & Programatic Why We Have This Role Qualtrics is an Experience Management company, and enterprise decisions about experience programs are not made by one person. They are made by a committee — a CX or HR leader who owns the outcome, an insights team that vets the method, an IT and procurement group that stress-tests the platform, and a finance leader who wants to see the return. Reaching that committee takes media deliberately built for every stage of the journey, not a single campaign pointed at a single job title. We run that media across two disciplines that have to work as one system: paid social, where we earn attention inside the feeds our buyers already live in, and programmatic, where we reach them everywhere else and control reach, frequency, and inventory quality at scale. A buyer does not experience these as separate channels, so we do not staff them as separate silos. Everyone on this team works across both. This role makes that system run. You will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid social and programmatic globally — owning execution end to end, from brief to live to optimized to reported. You will work closely with the Lead Paid Media Manager, who sets the strategy you are executing, and you are expected to help shape it: you are closest to the platforms and the data, and the plan should reflect what you are seeing. How You’ll Find Success • Full-Funnel & Dual-Channel Focus: You thrive on managing campaigns across both paid social and programmatic as one connected system rather than separate silos. • Flawless Execution Discipline: You take pride in meticulous campaign setup—from tracking, naming, and conversion configuration to rigorous pre-launch QA. • Evidence-Based Optimization: You let data guide your decisions, optimizing daily across pacing, bids, audience performance, and budget allocations. • Strategic Initiative: You bring actionable recommendations and recommendations on spend shifts to performance reviews rather than just presenting reports. • Proactive Problem Solving: You troubleshoot delivery, pacing, tracking, and match-rate issues independently, escalating with a diagnosis rather than just a symptom. How You’ll Grow • Protected Strategy Time: 20% of your time is dedicated and protected for strategy, analysis, and planning contribution to support your professional growth. • Incremental Strategy Ownership: Take full ownership of a defined slice of the program (a channel, region, product line, or funnel stage) that expands as you demonstrate judgment. • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive one major strategic project per quarter beyond day-to-day execution, such as channel evaluations,
