About the role

About the Role Join a B2B SaaS team building software for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customers to understand how their operations function and turn those needs into production-ready products, including AI-powered tools. What You'll Do • Embed with customer teams to learn how certification, inspection, and compliance work in practice. • Lead customer calls, write specifications, and build end-to-end systems across frontend, backend, data models, and AI capabilities. • Own product areas and deliver production software quickly, improving it based on direct user feedback. • Use judgment to distinguish customer requests that apply broadly from those that are specific to one workflow. • Review customer documents, calls, and outputs to develop AI-powered workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence. What We're Looking For • Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a track record of shipping systems used by customers. • Full-stack development skills, including Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, SQL, and cloud infrastructure. • Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage startup or founding engineering environment. • Familiarity with AI/ML, large language models, or document intelligence is valuable. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers and understand operational workflows. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site, five days per week in London, United Kingdom.
