Minimum Requirements: • Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 3 years of experience performing analysis. • In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated. • Must pass company assessment. • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. • Position reports to Richmond, VA office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. • Eligible for employee referral program. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. • Richmond, Virginia • $122,100 to $203,500 for Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
