US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
The Employee Workflows Outbound Product Management team connects customer needs to product strategy and go-to-market execution. We work by three principles: customer obsession, endless reinvention, and unreasonable hospitality.
About the role
As an Outbound Product Manager, you own a specific product initiative end to end: its value proposition, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch adoption. Sales, partners, analysts, and customers come to you to understand what your product does, why it matters, and how to win with it. You bring what you learn back to the broader team so each release lands better than the last. You will work closely with inbound product management, product leadership, go-to-market teams, and field stakeholders to align product direction, launch readiness, and adoption outcomes.
What you’ll do
Drive adoption at scale
• Create and deliver enablement for sales, solution consultants, and partners, and keep it current with every release
• Help customers adopt the latest innovation by creating practical content, from industry thought leadership to technical how-to guides
• Partner with the DemoHub and Training teams on demo narratives and SNU courses
• Manage usage definitions and trend analysis to spot adoption barriers and guide decisions
Own voice of customer and market fit
• Articulate your product’s value and differentiators
• Collect, understand, and champion customer feedback to influence roadmap and strategy
• Engage directly with customers on design partnerships, roadmap conversations, and escalations
• Brief analysts and respond to inquiries to establish market fit and inform strategy
• Connect customers to the reference program and storytelling opportunities
Lead go-to-market for your pod
• Serve as your pod’s GTM point of contact and deliver all standard bill-of-material commitments
• Coordinate how new innovations go to market by partnering with the pricing and packaging team to place capabilities in the right SKUs and tiers
• Support strategic sales opportunities and partner with the Deal Desk, Renewal, and Subscription Compliance teams
Translate across functions
• Work fluidly with other product managers, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customers while keeping the customer and market signal clear
• Initiative ownership. You’re present for the full product development lifecycle: the customer problem, the product design, the launch, and the adoption.
• HR domain understanding . You know how HR organizations operate and what HR and employee experience leaders are trying to solve.
• Deep product fluency. You can brief customers across all levels, evangelize at launch, and diagnose adoption barriers without needing engineering in the room.
• AI product fluency. You have hands-on experience applying AI to product, workflow, or customer experience problems, and you can explain its value, limitations, and adoption path to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Go-to-market clarity. You can articulate positioning and the customer journey crisply and credibly.
• Cross-functional translation. You speak the language of design, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers, and you move between them easily.
• 12+ years of experience in outbound product management, solution consulting, or product marketing in enterprise SaaS
• Confidence presenting to customer executives, analysts, and large audiences
• Comfort with data, including defining usage metrics and turning trends into recommendations
Nice to have
• Prior experience as an HR practitioner
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
• ServiceNow product certifications, such as CIS-HR
