H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Who We Are Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com , H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank. In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you. Partner Marketing Manager Role Summary As Partner Marketing Manager, you will own the full marketing strategy and growth outcomes for several of Imprint's largest co-branded credit card partnerships. You will operate as the CMO for your assigned partners: leading annual marketing planning in lockstep with General Managers and partner executives, owning full-funnel performance from application through long-term retention, and driving high-impact campaign strategy and execution across paid, owned, and partner channels. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on technical execution, who earns credibility with senior partner stakeholders, and who builds marketing programs that compound in quality and impact as Imprint scales its co-branded portfolio. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days • Built and presented a 12-month marketing plan for each assigned partner with quarterly execution detail, investment priorities, and measurable growth targets, aligned with GMs and partner marketing leadership • Completed a diagnostic assessment of each partner's full-funnel performance (application through retention), identified the highest leverage opportunities, and built a prioritized optimization roadmap with clear sequencing • Created a partner marketing playbook defining audience segmentation, positioning, messaging architecture, and channel strategy that serves as the strategic foundation for internal creative and campaign teams and holds up in senior partner conversations • Launched or meaningfully iterated on campaigns in at least two channels (lifecycle, paid social, direct mail, affiliate) with measurable performance improvements and a clear point of view on what to scale next • Established yourself as a trusted strategic partner to GMs, Lifecycle Managers, product, engineering, marketing analytics, and partner marketing leadership • Demonstrated technical depth in campaign deployment tools and workflows, with the credibility to make architectural decisions about how campaigns are built and delivered Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Growth Ownership • Own marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance for major co-branded partners, with direct accountability for partner growth o
