- Develop repeatable playbooks for executive engagement and institutional partnerships, establishing a scalable relationship-to-revenue motion.
- Build the operating cadence, metrics, and reporting to measure Corporate Affairs’ contribution to pipeline development, enterprise growth, and adoption.
- Represent Replit in senior-level meetings, industry forums, and government engagements to strengthen strategic relationships and advance business opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in corporate affairs, strategic partnerships, business development, public sector strategy, enterprise sales, government relations, government, or related fields.
- Experience building or significantly expanding a relationship-driven growth, partnerships, or business development function at a fast-growing technology company or similarly complex organization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise and public sector go-to-market motions, including how procurement, stakeholder alignment, and internal champions influence adoption.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with credibility among C-suite leaders, government officials, and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate complex technical products and AI capabilities into clear business value.
- A creative, resourceful, “do more with less” mindset, with the ability to build new programs without an established playbook.
- Passion for Replit’s mission and for AI-powered software creation expanding who can build software.
