HSE Analyst

• Support Safety in Design (SiD) reviews of architectural, engineering, and life safety drawings throughout project phases. • Assist in identifying hazards, conducting risk assessments, and tracking mitigation actions. • Apply basic SiD principles and the hierarchy of controls to reduce design-related risks. • Support compliance reviews against applicable safety regulations, codes, and company standards. • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders on safety-related matters. • Maintain hazard registers, safety review records, and project documentation. • Assist with HSE audits, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective action tracking. • Monitor safety performance data and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. • Prepare safety reports, meeting minutes, and project safety updates. • Support commissioning, handover, and operational readiness activities as required. • Diploma or Degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • 1-3 years of experience in HSE, construction, facilities, engineering, or project environments. • Basic knowledge of hazard identification, risk assessment, and safety regulations. • Ability to interpret engineering or construction drawings is an advantage. • Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
