US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

NVIDIA is pioneering the next generation of Physical AI, enabling intelligent systems to understand, reason about, and act in the physical world. We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to build the go-to-market strategy for NVIDIA Cosmos Framework, an open-source framework that helps developers build and customize world foundation models for Physical AI. In this role, you will position Cosmos Framework as an open foundation that complements partner technologies and helps model builders—including world model, world action model, and open-model teams—develop and extend their own models. You will show how developers, robotics teams, autonomous-system innovators, AI researchers, and simulation partners can use the framework to experiment with, train, post-train, customize, evaluate, and optimize Physical AI models while integrating with diverse simulators, data pipelines, and robotics platforms. You will combine hands-on technical expertise with strategic product marketing to translate sophisticated model-development capabilities into clear developer value. Working across product management, engineering, research, developer relations, solution architects, business development, worldwide sales, corporate marketing, analyst relations, public relations, investor relations, and ecosystem partners, you will support and amplify partner-led Day 0 launches, drive developer awareness, and accelerate adoption and ecosystem growth for both partner technologies and Cosmos Framework. What you'll be doing: • Own technical product marketing and developer go-to-market for NVIDIA Cosmos Framework! • Define the framework's positioning, messaging, value proposition, developer personas, adoption journeys, interoperability story, and launch strategy, establishing Cosmos Framework as an open-source foundation that complements partner technologies and helps teams develop, customize, and integrate Physical AI models. • Help world model, world action model, and open-model builders succeed and expand adoption across robotics teams, autonomous-system developers, AI research organizations, and simulation partners through programs spanning setup, experimentation, training, post-training, customization, adaptation, evaluation, benchmarking, optimization, and integration with data and simulation workflows. • Support partner-led Day 0 launches for world-model and open-model companies, collaborating on joint positioning, integration mentorship, technical quick starts, reference workflows, demos, workshops, sample applications, and launch assets that showcase partner technology and accelerate adoption from the first day of availability. • Build open-source adoption and joint go-to-market programs that help world-model and open-model builders reach developers through GitHub, Hugging Face, developer communities, research organizations, cloud and AI infrastructure companies, robotics companies, simulation partners, and model-development platforms. • Partner with product management, engineering, research, and developer relations to improve documentation, onboarding, usability, and developer experience, translating developer feedback, community signals, and adoption data into product and roadmap recommendations. • Define success metrics for developer activation, repeat usage, community engagement, ecosystem integrations, and framework adoption. • Coordinate NVIDIA's support for partner-led launches across developer relations, solution architects, business development, worldwide sales, corporate marketing, analyst relations, public relations, and investor relations. • Represent NVIDIA Cosmos Framework with developers, researchers, customers, partners, analysts, and industry leaders.
