What You Will Achieve In this role, you will: • Contribute to project tasks and milestones, ensuring your work is organized to meet deadlines. • Make decisions within limited options to resolve problems, under your supervisor's direction. • Have your work regularly reviewed for technical judgment, completeness, and accuracy. • Engage in fixed assignments that facilitate peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions. • Develop and refine your communication abilities by actively participating in meetings and delivering presentations to personnel at all organizational levels. Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements) • Active enrollment and completion of the first year in an accredited 4-year undergraduate program • Strong organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements): • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices • Experience with project management tools and methodologies • Familiarity with coding languages and software development processes • Background in data analysis and the ability to interpret complex information • Strong communication skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities • Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment • Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity.
