US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role
The Job in a Nutshell
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
This position will train on 1st shift Monday-Friday (6:00am-2:30pm) for possibly 1 year and then will permanently be stationed on 2nd shift (Sunday-Thursday (2:00pm-10:30pm). 2nd shift carries a shift differential.
(A rotating OT schedule could be enacted when circumstances warrant, but it's rare.)
You'll be part of our aseptic manufacturing crew, running equipment like autoclaves, scales, peristaltic pumps, and automated filling lines through Thaw, Blend, Fill, Stage, and Prep. You'll also get equipment ready (set up/breakdown), handle materials, do environmental monitoring and utility sampling, keep our cleanrooms spotless, and keep solid cGMP records (and help update SOPs and batch records along the way). You'll work closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Materials Management—it's a real team effort.
What You Need to Bring (The Must-Haves)
• Education: A high school diploma or GED, a Biologic Technician Certification, or an Associate Science Degree—any one of these gets you in the door
• Experience: At least 1 year of related experience.
• Cleanroom-ready: You're up for completing our aseptic operator training and gowning qualification, and you're cool with cleanroom rules (no jewelry, watches, loose-fitting items, or make-up on the floor)
• Physicality: You can lift and carry up to 40 lbs. on your own now and then, and you're comfortable working in different environments—including ultra-low temperature spaces (don't worry, we provide the protective gear!)
• Safety first: You follow workplace safety practices, every time
• Detail-oriented: You can complete documentation accurately to cGXP standards
• Team player: You communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and you thrive in a fast-moving team environment
• Tech-comfortable: You know your way around Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and you're open to using digital tools and learning new AI tools that support our lean/digital journey.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Points!)
• A bachelor's degree
• Aseptic processing experience in the bio/pharmaceutical industry
• Cleanroom experience in food, medical device, or pharmaceutical manufacturing, or aseptic processing/assembly work. Background in environmental monitoring, pharmaceutical warehousing, or pharmaceutical packaging counts too!
• Hands-on time with systems like SAP, LIMS, LMS, or Trackwise
