Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Job Description We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale modern enterprise web applications. This role requires deep expertise across frontend development (React, Next.js, TypeScript) , backend services (Node.js, Python, Java Spring Boot) , cloud-native architectures , and containerized microservices . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing applications in production environments. Key Responsibilities: • Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications serving enterprise-scale users and business-critical functions. • Develop modern user experiences using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS . • Architect and deliver RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services using Node.js, Python, and Java Spring Boot . • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability across frontend and backend systems. • Design and implement robust database schemas, data models, indexing strategies, and query optimizations for relational databases. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines , containerized deployments, and cloud-native solutions using modern DevOps practices. • Ensure adherence to security best practices , including authentication, authorization, data privacy, and secure coding standards. Basic Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience • Five to six years of relevant experience Preferred Skills/Experience: • Strong hands-on software engineering experience building and supporting large-scale web applications • Expertise in React.js , including Hooks, Context API, and state management tools such as Redux or Zustand . • Strong experience developing applications with Next.js , TypeScript , JavaScript (ES6+) , HTML5 , and CSS3 . • Hands-on backend development using Node.js (Express/NestJS) and/or Python (FastAPI/Flask) . • Strong knowledge of Java Spring Boot , microservices architecture, and API development. • Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL , including data modeling and performance optimization. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP , containerization using Docker and Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong understanding of application security , including OAuth, JWT, XSS, CSRF , and secure data handling practices.
