US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

Dataiku is the Platform for AI Success, the enterprise orchestration layer for building, deploying, and governing AI. In a single environment, teams design and operate analytics, machine learning, and AI agents with the transparency, collaboration, and control enterprises require. Sitting above data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and AI services, Dataiku connects the full enterprise AI stack - empowering organizations to run AI across multi-vendor environments with centralized governance. The world’s leading companies rely on Dataiku to operationalize AI and run it as a true business performance engine delivering measurable value. For more, visit the Dataiku blog , LinkedIn , X , and YouTube . The world's biggest companies come to dataiku.com to figure out how to make AI work for them. Your job is to make that experience fast, sharp, and built to convert. You’ll own the code behind dataiku.com: every component, A/B test, and tracking tag that ships goes through you. You'll be embedded in the marketing organization: reporting to the Head of Web, part of Growth, Demand Generation & Digital Marketing, and working every day with our Web team and Designers. You'll team up with the rest of the Growth teams to find what converts. With IT and R&D, you'll ship code that meets the same standards as our product. What you'll work on: Build • Product launches, events for 1,000+ attendees, interactive experiences, and campaign pages: you will own all the development of all the marketing web experiences. You'll take them from Figma to production with the web team, marketers, and design. • Own the Contentful content model and component library: content types, validations, references, and reusable sections. Design system first, always, so marketers can build pages without breaking design, forms, tracking, or SEO. • Ship code that's QAd and ready. You'll check it across devices, browsers, and tracking before anyone else has to. Optimize • Make pages fast and keep them fast. Core Web Vitals are your scoreboard. • Build A/B tests and personalized experiences with Growth and Paid. Read the results, ship the winner, run the next one. • Keep the technical SEO and AEO tight: structured data, redirects, hreflang, crawlability, and the files and markup that help AI systems read the site. Measure • Own tracking in Google Tag Manager across organic and paid, including taking over day-to-day tag maintenance from our external provider: the data layer, GA4 events, pixels, conversion APIs, and consent mode. • Spot the broken funnel or the attribution gap before anyone asks, and come up with the fix. Automate • Build AI agents into the release process: code-reviews, first-pass QA, accessibility checks, and link and metadata audits, so people spend review time on judgment calls. • Work with marketers and the growth team to embed them into agentic processes. You are a good fit if: • You've spent at least 4+ years in web development, ideally on marketing sites, at an agency, or on a growth team. • You have hands-on experience managing a website in Contentful. • You're strong in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. • You already build with AI coding tools and can show what you've shipped with them. • You notice the 2px misalignment, and you fix it with a component, not a one-off. • You care how fast a page loads, and you know how to make it faster. • You've worked hands-on with GTM and GA4, or you learn tools fast and can prove it. • You ask "what's this page for?" before "what color is the button?" • You don't wait for a ticket. If something is broken, slow, or manual, you fix it. • You can explain a tradeoff to a marketer, and you can say no to a launch that isn't ready. • You have a portfolio or GitHub you're proud of. • Yo
