H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

We are driven by a shared mission to become the Most Loved Lifestyle Brand in the World. THE FORMULA. We’re looking for a Director, Product Development to help our products, and the operation behind them, be their very best. You know what it takes to run a development operation: clear ownership, realistic timelines, thoughtful technical decisions, and strong relationships. You’re comfortable getting into the details, asking the right questions, and identifying issues before they become obstacles. Just as important, you can step back, connect the dots, and find practical ways to improve the process. The North Star: Make the way we develop and deliver products as thoughtful as the products themselves.
