Job Description: Designation: Technical Writing Analyst Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad Required Experience/Skills: • 1-2 years of documentation experience - in documenting software for technical audiences, or creative content writing for end user audience, or editing technical content for software products • Ability to understand the customer perspective • Ability to write clean, concise, and approachable content. • Ability to review and edit content that is written, in accordance to given standards and guidelines • Proven ability to understand end user content and craft content that is easy for users to understand. • Ability to quickly learn complex technologies. • High standards of quality and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines. • Strong team player with excellent communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in a technical, communications, or writing field, or equivalent experience. Desired Experience/Skills: • Knowledge of and experience with XML-based authoring tools such as Oxygen. • Knowledge of and experience with source control software such as Perforce or Git. • Knowledge of DITA and structured authoring. • Experience working in an Agile development environment • Good to have ability to read, understand, and build short code samples in a variety of programming languages • Experience with CRM applications (Salesforce familiarity a plus) • A related technical degree required Modern Tooling Acumen: Direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools. Must be able to effectively guide AI tools to achieve desired outcomes. Graduates need direct experience using and critically reviewing code and artifacts generated by large language model (LLM) coding assistants and agentic tools. This is a newer requirement; candidates who have actively experimented with and used tools like Gemini, Cursor, or other agent-based frameworks will be stronger candidates.
