US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you'll be the finance owner for the day-to-day planning, forecasting, and analysis of one of the company's fastest-scaling and most strategically important cost centers; from headcount and equity to cloud and commercial inference infrastructure. You'll own the monthly forecast end to end, build the models that explain where the money goes and why, and partner directly with Technology and Finance leadership to turn operational decisions into sharp financial trade-offs.
