Currently we are looking for Python developers for 2 different projects: 1) Senior + Regular (2 roles) - Fintech Integrations Project : • Salary range: 30 - 35 €/h for Regular and 38 - 44 €/h for Senior • Contract: Freelance B2B • Start date: January • Engagement: full-time, long-term (first contract for 3 months) • Location: Remote (based in EU only) 2) Regular/Senior (1 role) - Risk Decisioning Platform : • Salary range: 30 - 33 €/h • Contract: Freelance B2B • Start date: ASAP • Engagement: full-time, 11 months project with possibility of extension to long-term • Location: Remote (based in EU only) Requirements Must-have: • Strong, senior-level Python skills, with a track record of shipping production systems. • Good spoken and written English for a cross-functional, international team. • Commercial experience consistent with one of the following projects: Senior + Regular Python Developers - Fintech Integrations Project : Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, GraphQL/REST APIs, Datadog, Prometheus • Building a risk decisioning platform (rule engine, experiments, decision APIs) and new risk products, starting with risk-based pricing • Integrations with credit bureaus and ID/fraud/AML vendors • Kafka event-driven flows resilient to retries, duplicates and race conditions • Tools for risk analysts, including an LLM risk assistant • Service reliability: Datadog, on-call, runbooks • German language is a plus Regular/Senior Python Developer - Risk Decisioning Platform: Stack: Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform • End-to-end ownership and shaping solutions • Building reliable integrations with third-party providers (trading venues, tax providers, custodians) • Working directly with their technical teams • Experience in financial or regulated environments is a strong plus Benefits In return, we offer: • 100% remote, flexible work. • Work with an experienced team of developers and continuous development of your hard and soft skills. • Dev-friendly processes such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Code Review and bug bashes. • Long-term collaboration on challenging products (FinTech, B2B software, E-commerce and more).
