• Partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, Trade, Customer Fulfillment, and IT to align business needs with scalable solutions.
• Leading cross-functional workshops to identify opportunities, define future-state processes, and establish operational best practices.
• Translating business strategies and customer requirements into integrated business capabilities, technology solutions, and implementation roadmaps.
• Evaluating process, data, and technology solutions using service, cost, risk, inventory, and operational performance metrics.
• Establishing architecture standards and governance to ensure consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Driving continuous improvement through analytics, Lean methodologies, Six Sigma principles, and industry best practices.
• Supporting enterprise transformation initiatives by identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and enabling successful adoption of new capabilities.
• Serving as a trusted advisor and thought leader on modern supply chain architecture and semiconductor industry best practices.
