No salary bar for this route
H-1B has no fixed salary bar: the employer must pay at least the prevailing wage for the role and area. Cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level. US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About the role

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We’re looking for a Product Manager, Administration & Governance to join our Product Team and make Supabase the default starting point for software built inside a company. Supabase already spreads from the bottom up: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. Inside most companies, Supabase starts the same way: someone has an idea, creates a project, and builds something useful. The next step is making that momentum company-wide: one platform where anyone can start building, and where IT can see what’s running, who owns it, and what it costs. You’ll own how companies run Supabase as their internal development platform: approved by IT and easy for anyone in the company to use. You’ll make it possible for people and the agents they work with to start building without waiting on infrastructure, while giving platform, IT, and security teams the controls they need to say yes. The goal is to make the approved path the easiest path, from an early experiment to a production application, with the controls companies need built in. WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Own the product strategy and roadmap for internal innovation, from a company’s first IT-approved rollout to adoption across teams and business units. - Make getting started self-service, whether someone creates a project in Supabase, through an internal developer portal, or with an agent. Give builders the access and infrastructure they need without a ticket for every project. - Steer scattered usage into a manageable company-wide platform. Give companies one view of everything they run on Supabase. Shape how ownership, delegated access, and boundaries work so teams can move independently as usage grows. - Partner closely with platform, IT, security, and finance teams to understand what it takes to approve Supabase and keep it approved. Translate their needs into practical identity, policy, audit, and spend controls that don’t slow builders down. - Define the path from experiment to production, including project ownership, access, and the guardrails that change as an application becomes important to the business. - Work with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to turn early customer rollouts into a repeatable experience, rather than a new custom integration for every company. - Define what success looks like, instrument it end to end, and let the data guide what gets built next—from time to first project and self-service adoption to production usage and expansion across the company. YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU - Have 7+ years of product management on developer tools, infrastructure, or internal developer platforms. - Have built self-service products that developers love and platform or IT teams trust. You understand both the person trying to ship an app and the team responsible for how it runs. - Can reason about identity, permissions, organization boundaries, and usage attribution, and turn those systems into workflows people can actually understand. - Have a strong point of view on how agents change who can build software inside a company and what an internal development platform needs to make that possible. - Know your way around controlled experimentation and data analysis, and can connect easier adoption to sustained product use. - Are biased toward speed and would rather ship, learn, and iterate than perfect a spec. - Build with what you own and form opinions through first-hand use, from creating a project
