About the Role As an Account Executive DACH, you are not just closing quick deals; you act as a strategic advisor. Whether you have 2 solid years of B2B sales under your belt or up to 5 years looking for your next high-impact career move, what matters most is your commercial drive, curiosity, and client-centric mindset. You will dive deep into the business models of growing platforms, marketplaces, and omnichannel merchants, translating their unique commercial and operational requirements into our modern payment solutions. Together with our partners (Worldline, Payone e.a.), you will attend major industry events and co-develop new opportunities, while independently scouting the market for high-potential leads. What you will be working on • Pipeline management: Building and nurturing a pipeline of leading marketplaces, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS providers across the DACH region. • Consultative selling: Unpacking your prospects' business models; where others see complex payment roadblocks, you collaborate with our Solutions team to map out clear PayFac, split-payment, or embedded payment architectures. • Omnichannel & innovative solutions: Crafting tailored setups per client, spanning marketplace split payments, e-commerce checkouts, traditional POS integrations, and SoftPOS / Tap-on-Mobile solutions. • Team collaboration: Working closely within your sales team of up to 8 direct colleagues, sharing best practices and driving deal execution. • Delft HQ engagement: Spending 3 days a week at our Delft HQ to collaborate with solutions and compliance teams, brainstorm, and celebrate wins together.
