US H-1B: cap-subject employers enter a lottery weighted by wage level — Level I gets 1 entry, Level IV gets 4 (DHS projected selection odds ≈15% at Level I to ≈61% at Level IV). Universities and non-profit research employers are cap-exempt. The $100,000 fee for new petitions from abroad is currently blocked by a court order (appeal pending).

About The Role
We are looking for a Mobile Growth Manager to take full ownership of monetization and retention for our AI LLM chat mobile app on iOS and Android. You will be accountable for how much revenue each mobile user generates and for how long they stay.
This is a senior, hands-on role with end-to-end ownership. You own the funnel from store listing to first session, trial, paid conversion, renewal and win-back. You decide what to test, what to scale and what to cut, and you are accountable for the results. We need someone who has grown ARPU and retention on subscription apps, who can run experiments quickly and independently, and who knows how to work within Apple and Google subscription rules.
You will manage performance against real revenue data (ARPU, trial-to-paid conversion, ROI D7, retention and cohorts), not vanity metrics. We also work AI-first, and we expect you to use Claude and automation to move faster.
Key Responsibilities
•
Own mobile growth end to end: from store page to paid conversion and renewal, across strategy, experimentation, launch, reporting and documentation.
•
Deliver a quarterly ARPU target on mobile (set against a measured baseline), through conversion, retention and perceived product value.
•
Own the paywall and pricing: offerings, packaging, trial and intro-offer structure, price tests by geo, and placement. Run them through RevenueCat or an equivalent.
•
Own onboarding and activation: shorten the path to the first moment of value and fix drop-offs in the first session and first week.
•
Build retention and win-back loops: push, in-app messaging, cancellation-save flows and involuntary-churn recovery (billing retries, grace periods).
•
Own store conversion: ASO, listing and screenshot tests, ratings and review prompts on the App Store and Google Play.
•
Keep web and app aligned: manage the web-to-app handoff and make sure subscribers get a consistent experience and entitlement across both.
•
Manage signal quality: subscription and in-app events, attribution and MMP data, and measurement under iOS privacy rules (ATT / SKAdNetwork).
•
Run a structured experiment process: own the mobile backlog, with a clear hypothesis, target metric and kill/scale rule for every test. Run the A/B tests end to end.
•
Review sessions daily: find friction, drop-offs and behavioural patterns, and turn them into backlog items.
•
Build the reporting: Mixpanel dashboards and a weekly report on mobile ARPU, trial conversion, ROI D7 on matured cohorts, 1-hour cancellation and retention.
•
Own policy compliance: keep paywalls, subscription disclosure, refunds and store listings within Apple and Google rules, with prevention-first checks before launch.
•
Prototype with AI: use Claude and automation for prototypes, analysis, QA and reporting, and ship the ones that work.
•
Diagnose drops and spikes quickly and act on them.
•
Document tests, learnings and playbooks.
Qualifications
Must-Have Experience
•
5+ years in mobile growth, product growth or lifecycle roles on subscription apps.
•
Proven, measured ARPU, conversion or retention gains on a live subscription app, on both iOS and Android.
•
Strong understanding of subscription economics: trials, intro offers, renewals, LTV, payback windows and cohorts.
•
Hands-on paywall and pricing experimentation (RevenueCat, Superwall or similar).
•
Hands-on with Mixpa
